Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. For SARMs, which we produce ourselves, and for certain products for which we hold an inventory, these items will be shipped within 1 day. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your payment option of choice, it will ship within 3 business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at

Please note that all apparel and some of the tech products will ship in 2-3 weeks as these are from our partners in far away shores. Please rest assured that we have sourced the best and most ethical products from these places and whilst the delivery schedule is longer the quality and service from us is not impaired.

Delivery, Standard Conditions:

We offer free shipping to all UK mainland areas for orders that are £75 and over

Standard shipping below £75 is a flat rate of £4.50

 Areas that incur a small extra charge of £1.50 are : Scottish Highlands & Isles, Offshore UK Islands and Northern Ireland

Customers outside of the UK :

To Europe we charge a flat rate of £12.50 per order and for further afield, all other international deliveries will attract a £25 charge regardless of the order price and quantity.
